Storage: This information is stored in a CSV file on our secure server. We do NOT sell, rent, or share this information with third parties.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
Analytics: We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that:
- Does NOT use cookies
- Does NOT track you across websites
- Does NOT collect personal information
- Collects only aggregated, anonymous usage statistics
- Is GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant
Visitor Counter: We maintain a simple visitor count using PHP sessions to prevent duplicate counting. No personal information is stored.
2.3 Information NOT Collected
We explicitly do NOT collect or store:
- Your network tool queries (subnet calculations, MAC lookups, etc.)
- IP addresses you look up
- DNS queries you perform
- Passwords you generate
- Speed test results
- BGP or WHOIS lookups
All tool usage is processed in real-time and not stored.
3. How We Use Your Information
Subscriber information is used only for:
- Sending updates about NetX.Tools features and improvements
- Responding to your inquiries
- Improving our service based on feedback
We will NEVER:
- Sell your information to third parties
- Send spam or unsolicited marketing
- Share your data without your explicit consent (except as required by law)
4. Third-Party Services
NetX.Tools uses third-party APIs to provide functionality:
- IPapi.co - IP address information
- WhoisXML API - WHOIS and DNS data
- IPinfo - IP geolocation and BGP data
- MAC Lookup - MAC address vendor information
- Cloudflare - Speed test infrastructure
These services process your queries in real-time but we do not control their privacy practices. Please review their respective privacy policies.
5. Cookies and Tracking
NetX.Tools uses minimal cookies:
- Session Cookies: For visitor counting (deleted when browser closes)
- Theme Preference: Stores your light/dark mode choice in localStorage
We do NOT use:
- Advertising cookies
- Cross-site tracking cookies
- Third-party marketing cookies

We implement security measures including:
